Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Today's Question: No question today.

If anyone has any questions of their own about the community, or suggestions for tags, questions to be asked on the check-in posts, or if anyone is interested in playing check-in host for a week here on the community, which would entail putting up the daily check-in posts and responding to comments, go to the Questions & Suggestions post and leave a comment.

I now declare this Check-In OPEN!

You must really need more than just one more box?

I've figured out how to fix the rubber band to the back cover of the baby book, so that I can incorporate a thin booklet with a lovely poem. I also selected some patterned cardboard for the individual pages.

That sounds like a real win!

Crocheted one row of niece's blanket. I believe I have just two rows left in the first stripe, woohoo!

Worked on my fan script for Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Looks like I didn't update it at all last year, wow. I'm getting close to finishing the first season, which I'm hoping to do before the end of the month.

Set up my bullet journal! And it's already helping me out! It was one of the exercises in the BuJo book that reminded me about my FFBE script, so I'm happy I've gotten back to it. ALSO!! I researched crafts fairs in my area, marked the upcoming ones on my calendar, and actually sent an email to a fair organizer expressing interest in being a vendor. That's huge for me!

(as an explanation on why it's such a big deal: I have not worked in over ten years due to crushing social anxiety. One of my goals this year is to somehow make money to afford a PlayStation 5, hence looking into craft fairs. I'm going to be making stuff anyway, and much of the stuff I make sits unused, so might as well try to sell it!)

Brilliant! What would you be selling?

I belong to a Hat of the Month group on Ravelry, so have a ton of hats made that I've never worn. Also have a few shawls. But I'm planning mostly on making ornaments and small soft toys. I've previously made some ducks that we sold at a garage sale - they were a huge hit! And I really like the pattern, it's adorable and fast.

Making progress on a felt animal set, Harry Potter themed, for my six year old niece. I now have Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs completed.
